A Documentary about the strange relationship between human and nature. We know almost nothing about the reproduction of the eel, never was he filmed in the deep of Bermuda and in the laboratory it didn't work. Nevertheless we build a lot of obstacles on his wandering routes and catch him for food, so the eel is on the edge of extinction. But still, we want to solve his riddle about his reproduction, before it is too late. Is it just research for the researches sake?
