In a dystopian future there is almost no water left. The few remaining water reservoirs are in hand of brutal companies. One of the last survivors in the desert of the former swabian forest is old René, hiding inside a bunker with a big but also dried water tank. As she tries to slaughter her last goat, Lane appears, searching for green land and fleeing from the company "water prime". With that René faces her hardest decision. Should she hide Lane, risk her own life and hope for a better future or should she sell her to get enough water for the rest of her life?
